Hi Maria,
Many thanks for your comment. It’s amazing, when you think about it, that an apple first cultivated in Australia, can be bought in Russia. You have used them well if you baked them. I can imagine that, with honey, they would have been delicious. I will do an internet search on the Antonovka apple, to find out a little bit about it.

My name is Maria. I am from Moscow, Russia. Thank you for your recomendation of Granny Smith appl?. Recently i bought them in the nearest supermarket (i had never bought them before). They are really green and good for baking. I baked them in an oven and they was great, especially with honey. In Russia we have an apple like yours, it is called Antonovka.
Thank you for you podcast. It is very intresting to learn Australia with you.
