I am not aware of any specialised antique markets in Melbourne, although there could be. It’s amazing what markets are around, that’s for sure.

I appreciate your efforts on this podcast.
Indeed, it’s a good place to go to a community market for Australian at the weekends. I am an antique collector, especially a porcelain collector. The day to find treasure in a second hand market or an antique store is a exciting day, because it is a treasure hunt and you never know what you’re going to find. There is always a lot of rubbish as well as good bits and pieces, but just have to ferret through and find anything that’s interesting. As the saying goes: There’s not much gold left in these hills, but there’s plenty of this stuff.
By the way, Are there antique specialized markets in Melbourne? Thank you so much.
