Many thanks for your comment. Yes, Rod Laver won the Grand Slam twice as you indicated. That’s why our main tennis arena here in Melbourne is called the Rod Laver Arena.

Hi Rob,
You’ve done a great job of sharing Australian tennis with me. Yes, Australia has produced many world-class tennis players and made an outstanding contribution to world tennis. In addition, there are data to show that Rod Laver won all four of the Grand Slam tournaments in a single calendar year twice, 1962 and 1969 respectively. Is it true?

Thanks for your message. I think that travelling to Australia is just like travelling to any other country for a holiday. There are no special preparations, although learning some English will help make your trip more enjoyable. So, by learning English, you are doing the right thing.
